"I bought a tire for my 1800 goldwing and found out later they sold me a 1500 tire for the front, so now it shakes. I also bought a Lifetime battery from them and paid extra for it. I took my old battery back to exchange it and they said this will be the last battery I will get from them- so I guess lifetime is not really a lifetime just until they don't want to honor the bill of goods they told me to get the extra money from my hands. Will never deal with cycle gear again, Just lost my business and the biker groups I deal with."

" I spent almost $400 during they're Black Friday weekend specials in-store, & I came across a pair of racing boots, in which I was debating over, until the salesman insured me that if I could find it cheaper than them, they would match my price, so I took him up on the offer, but after the boot purchase, I immediately found the same brand, size, & model on Amazon for $40.00 cheaper... So they ended up crediting me back the money after they fought me on it, saying, " I can't refund you anything because the seller from the Amazon website has to be an American based company." So I said, "than lets pursue this issue and find out..." So the cashier finally complied & quickly found out that the boot seller was indeed "American based." listed in "more seller options." Thanks for giving me the benefit of the doubt... Oh and then another cashier was also looking online and found out that they're own company's website was showing my exact boots for the regular price of $99.00. On top of that, when I returned to their store a couple weeks later, the sign or the "price marker" had not changed... it still read $140.00 so I asked the salesman, "Hey, uh aren't you supposed to change that sign to the real retail price? And he said, "Oh well I haven't gotten to that just yet...""
